The DVC-110

Our most cost-effective video measuring system, the DVC- 110 provides precision, non-contact three axis measurement capability with 2"x2"x4" travel stage. Compact and versatile, the DVC-110 benchtop is available with either MPC-5 geometric digital readout or with LCD digital micrometers. The DVC-110 combines a wide variety of quality features and options from standard visual optical comparators to the high magnification of a toolmaker’s microscope while providing X-Y-Z readout capability of .00005"/.001mm. Available with a full complement of accessories, a fully integrated system can be customized to meet specific requirements.

The DVC-115

Our most cost-effective video measuring system, the DVC- 115 provides precision, non-contact three axis measurement capability with 4"x8"x4" travel stage. Compact and versatile, the DVC-115 benchtop is available with either MPC-5 geometric digital readout or MPC-6 readout. The DVC-115 combines a wide variety of quality features and options from standard visual optical comparators to the high magnification of a toolmaker’s microscope while prov iding X-Y-Z readout capability of .00005"/.001mm. Available with a full complement of accessories, a fully integrated system can be customized to meet specific requirements.

The DVC-120

The DVC-120 can provide your company with the most advanced and cost-effective video optical measurement system available for today’s manufacturing. In designing the DVC-120, we began with the precision of a high quality motorized zoom microscope and positioning stage. Then, we added the unparalleled detail of a high resolution color video. To complete the system we integrated everything together with the power of computer technology and our own advanced software.

Optional fully automatic operation requires the addition of our Video Edge System and the “AMS” Automated Measurement System.

The DVC-120 has fully programmable surface and profile illumination. Each is independently controlled with both light level and on/off switches. The magnification can also be controlled from the front panel.

The DVC-220

The newest addition to Deltronic’s line of video measuring systems is the DVC-220. It provides non-contact, three axis measurement capability for measuring larger parts and assemblies offering many of the features found in the DVC-120 in a larger capacity configuration.

This ergonomically designed workstation conveniently houses everything for total ease of operation. The DVC-220 was designed to give you fast, high-end measuring results at an economic cost. We integrated our excellent image acquisition and processing tools along with our superior software to provide you with a combination of technical advantages not found elsewhere in the same class for the price.

Whatever your needs, The DVC-220’s graphic user interface is PC-based with a digital readout, easy to use and simplifies the measurement program creation process as well as everyday operations allowing all users to ultimately become more productive as a result.

If you are familiar with Microsoft Windows and possess a basic understanding of measurement techniques, the DVC-220 can be working for you in a matter of a few hours.

CAD/CAM INTERFACE

The CAM component of the MPC-6 creates inspection routines automatically from your CAD drawings. You just select the features to be measured using your mouse and an inspection routine is automatically created. The CAM is based on the popular graphic user interface with multi-windows.
